Order Acceptance and Processing
After placing an order, we will process your credit or debit card, or obtain funds from your PayPal Account, for payment. As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from your card provider or PayPal we will begin to process your order through our system and we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. At the point of delivery of the items the contract is formed.
Cancellation of Orders
To cancel please email: [email protected] You must keep a record of this number. Orders are only cancelled once this number is provided and any claims that an order was cancelled will not be entertained unless a cancellation number can be quoted. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been given to the delivery company. If you no longer require goods that have entered our warehouse system you will have to return them under the Returns Policy . Please Note- Cancellation Request Must Be Submitted Next Day Before 10am, Once the order has been shipped, there will be charges for refusing deliveries of £25.
Delivery of Goods
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. Delivery may be effected in one or more instalments.
If an item on a delivery is damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and email [email protected] with the details. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it, you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items. For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than the fee you are charged for delivery.
The delivery drivers are not insured to take their vehicles on roads other than public highways. If you live in a remote location and your home is not on a public road, e.g. If you live at the end of a farm track, then the driver will deliver the goods to the end of the public road only. You accept this when placing your order and if you refuse the delivery because of the driver cannot drop at your door then you will be charged the actual delivery costs and collection fees. (This will apply to large or very large item orders arriving on pallets like bathroom suites or shower enclosures. Smaller parcels can be usually delivered on foot by the driver.)
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for a plumber to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for discrepancies and to make sure they are undamaged.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of the order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
In certain circumstances where large bulky items are being ordered for delivery to very remote locations (such as Scottish Islands), there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or canceling your order. Refusal to the order or cancellation after dispatch will courier receiver the charge of £25
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, www.elegantshowers.co.uk accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.
In such cases, Sunny Showers LTD will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from Sunny Showers LTD with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.
Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Elegant Showers will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

NOTE: This only applies when purchased directly via ELEGANT SHOWERS WEBSITE. Any issues or after-sales help for the items bought via EBAY, AMAZON or any 3rd Party Market Place will not be dealt via procedures mentioned below.
At ElegantShowers, we like to keep things as simple as possible – your time is valuable to us and all we want is for you to achieve your dream bathroom. So if a product isn’t quite right, nothing to be worried as it’s easy to return it to us...
If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the return. We will NOT collect this or cover the cost of return.
You will need to notify our customer service team via messaging service within 30 days.
Please note we do NOT provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.
Please note refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.
We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:
1) The item has been used
2) The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with
3) We have not been notified within 30 days from date you received delivery.

Under the Trusted Goods Refund Policy, you have 30 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a sale-able condition
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Keeping Our Return Process As Simple As Possible:
If somehow, you don't like the item or ordered the wrong size, you can simply return it back to us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. However, we make it clear that we don't offer exchange services and certainly don't offer free collection for unwanted items. Yet, you are more than welcome to use your own courier. Received Item As Damaged:
We do understand the frustration of receiving the damaged item after a long wait, but worry not! If you got an item which is scratched or broken or any part missing, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with clear images, part number or item SKU needed or ordered with your order number @ [email protected] & we will instantly dispatch the replacement by next working day.

Do You Offer Collection Services?
No, we do not collection services at the moment.
Do You Offer Exchange?
No, we don't, due to use of 3rd party couriers. It's impossible for us to exchange the items. What we can do is, you can send the item back to us and we can approve for a refund. Meanwhile, you can purchase the right item while the return process is being completed.
Refund Process:
Due to a large number of orders on a daily basis, it can take up to 2-5 working days for us to inspect the returns and process refunds.
Can I Return The Item, It's Still In Its Original State But Beyond 30 Days?
Unfortunately, you can't. As stated with our policies and T&C, if it's within 30 days of purchase,"No Issues" guaranteed, but if it's beyond 30 days, then sorry to say, We can't help.

What Products are Provided with the Warranty?
Products eligible for manufacturer warranty are guaranteed of that particular product . We are confident in the quality of our merchandise and therefore, provide warranties for a reasonable period of time, after purchase, based on the faulty product. Please Note- These warranties only apply for the items bought via the website and not via third-party marketplaces such as eBay & Amazon. For further info, please check our FAQs.
Manufacturing Faults
All our products @ elegant showers are designed by some of the top designers around the globe and been delivered to its highest standards, so if you notice any manufacturing faults, please update us within 30 days of purchase and we will send a replacement without any further delays.
Need Parts
While for some items we have a lifetime warranty, the parts in all of our items are offered with a 6-month Limited type of a Warranty. But, you are always welcome to buy the part simply by calling us @ 0121 448 0880. Do make sure to have the parts number handy as mentioned in the instruction manuals.
Warranty Exceptions
All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers (Elegant Showers). If it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse, this will void any warranty. Goods will be returned to you at your expense and no refund or replacement issued.
In What Cases the Warranty is Not Provided?
There can be limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the Bathroom items on our website.
The manufacturer of the Goods guarantees its products for the period of the products natural life. There are conditions attaching to the lifetime warranty, and some exclusions from it which are set out as above and explained also below:
We suggest that you inspect your product for obvious and physical defects within 14 days of the date of purchase and in any event prior to installation. This is to keep down your cost of remedying defects. We will only be responsible for the refund, repair or replacement and not for any installation, plumbing, loss of business or incidental costs.
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturer’s defects whereby item was defected from arrival and not from improper use.
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
Breakage of or damage to the glass or its coating (unless the defect is present at the time of purchase). However, the manufacturer uses only toughened safety glass that complies with EN 12150-1 and EN 14428;
Showering items meaning the valves, hand sprays, and fixed heads, body jets, drenchers, external valves and items of a similar nature. Damage caused by wilful damage, neglect, misuse, accidental breakage, and normal wear and tear
Failure to use the Goods in accordance with their instructions (where applicable)
The alteration or repair of the Goods by you or any third party that is not authorized by us.
Various matters may affect the performance and life expectancy of our products and are excluded from the provisions of the lifetime warranty. These includes:
Failure to adhere to manufacturers’ fitting and cleaning instructions
Water composition, particularly as hard water may cause water staining;
Exposure to sunlight which may cause the color to fade and certain products to warp.
The warranty for metal coverings (both chrome and color coating) against flaking, discoloration, and rust is excluded when such conditions are caused by
The build-up of mildew and limescale;
The use of corrosive liquids for cleaning.
They have been reasonably maintained and cleaned;
Failure as a result of wear and tear
Our warranty exists in addition to your legal rights as a consumer (that the Goods match their description, that they are of satisfactory quality and that they are fit for purpose) and does not affect your statutory rights. Goods that do not match their description, are not of satisfactory quality. More information on your rights as a consumer can be obtained from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
Delivery Guidelines

- To save yourself time and reduce delays, fees and hassles, make sure you insert the correct delivery address and the correct product/quantity you require at the point of purchase. If wrong details are given, please let us know within 30 minutes so we can request to update
- Delivery time may vary depending on what items you have ordered. Please message us should you have any questions on this.
- If you are not in when delivery has been attempted there may be an extra postage charge incurred before we can resend the item. If you then refuse to have the item after deliveries have been attempted the £25 return charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Please be aware that the courier service can only deliver your items to your front door providing that you are on the ground floor.
- Free postage to most areas in UK, however If you fall into the following postcodes or areas, you will need to pay postage. In the unlikely event that the postage isn't calculated at checkout please let us know.
- Please note delays or damages in transit are beyond our control and we will not compensate for that.
You can purchase your items online and we ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on all orders for Mainland UK. We use Tuffnells, UK MAIL, LTS (For Pallet Orders) & Royal Mail as our shipping partners in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. Most of our orders do get delivered on time and the window what our courier suggests is between 0600-1800.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

What If I Missed My Delivery?
If you’re not indoor when our courier attempts to deliver, they’ll leave a calling card for you to arrange a free delivery at the next available time. If forgotten to leave a note or calling card, it's always safe to track the order with the tracking number provided to you via email directly onto courier company website. If no arrangement is done, they will re-attempt the delivery next working day. Failure to recover your package after 3 delivery attempts, the item will be sent back to us and there will be a re-delivery fee of £25 (depending upon situations).
What if you are working all week or won't be in for all-day or got some appointments?
All our couriers are quite kind, you can leave a note a note on the door guiding driver to leave the item to a safe place and our courier driver will follow your advice and also you can track time to time even if you are away if your item has been delivered or not. But, do make sure to leave the note with your sign and date it too, which will be helpful to courier driver to avoid any confusions.
