Manufacturing Faults

All our products @ elegant showers are designed by some of the top designers around the globe and been delivered to its highest standards, so if you notice any manufacturing faults, please update us within 30 days of purchase and we will send a replacement without any further delays

While for some items we have a lifetime warranty, the parts in all of our items are offered with a 6‑month Limited type of a Warranty. 

Warranty Exceptions

The manufacturer of the Goods guarantees its products for the period of the products natural life. There are conditions attaching to the lifetime warranty, and some exclusions from it which are set out as above and explained also below:

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturer’s defects whereby item was defected from arrival and not from improper use. Please refer to our Guarantee policy here.

ITEM DAMAGED OR NOT RECEIVED

If you believe an item is damaged/defective you will need to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will analyse the fault and do our best to resolve this.

If any item is damaged/faulty, we will need images/videos showing the fault. Please DO NOT dispose of the item as we would NOT cover this.

We strongly recommend that you check the goods for any damages/missing parts before storage.

To resolve any issues, we may offer advice/suggestions which would need to be followed, in order to reach a solution
