It’s easy to place an order. Simply browse the products you're interested in on our website, add the goods you want to your basket, then proceed to the delivery and payment pages to complete the order.
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are satisfied to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately. When you call or email, please have to hand:

As above, get in touch with your order number ready to hand. In some cases, we can amend your order for you before it has been dispatched. However, in other instances, we may have to create a new order and cancel the old one – we’ll advise you on what we can do, don’t panic!
We can offer a Collect From Store Service - You can choose shipping method as Self-Collection in the checkout process. Collect address: 20, Great King Street North, Birmingham,West Midlands. Time: Monday To Friday - 09:00-11:30am, 1:00-3:00pm.
We are only able to cancel orders before it has been dispatched. If necessary you may refuse the package at time of delivery. Once we receive the package back at our warehouse we will cancel and refund the order.
We are only able to change the shipping address before the order has begun processing with our shipping department. Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further amendments.
Unfortunately, we are unable to link placed orders to existing customer accounts after the order created.

Order confirmation emails will be sent within 12-hours after order created. Please ensure to enter a correct/valid email address when checkout. Always be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox. If you still can’t find the confirmation invoice, please contact us and we will check it and provide you with your order details.
Normally, We will ship our order within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays. For large package, we need to wait for our van schedules, which usually takes 72hours.
Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery. On average, It takes approximately 2-9 working days from when an order is placed. Smaller deliveries takes 2-3 working days. More details, check out Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Tracking your order can be done via direct websites of our shipping partners, Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched from our end.

I’m afraid we don’t offer Specific Day delivery now.
Yes, we offer free delivery to UK mainland on all orders. For remote area, we charges fees. Please visit our Delivery Page for more information.
On the day of your delivery, drivers will call you before arrival wherever possible. For smaller deliveries, the courier may send a text with a time slot on the day of delivery.
We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. For larger pallet deliveries a signature is required, and if these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.
Our payment options include all major debit/credit cards, as well as Paypal.
If your payment is declined, please check that you have entered all the information displayed on your card correctly, and that all required fields have been filled in. If any problems persist, please contact our customer services team regarding the issue, providing as much detail as you can, it’s better to give a screenshot when error occurs, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
I’m afraid we don’t offer Finance at the moment. We will add this payment method in the near future soon.
Yes, we will offer some coupons during holiday sale or during shopping seasons. Or you can subscribe our newsletters to get the latest events. Or you can also find coupons on some coupon websites, such as Wethrift on which we always put our latest coupons.
Promotion discount codes are entered on the bottom under the basket page.
Our promotion codes are available for a specific time period. Please check that the code you are using has not expired. If there existing automatic discount in basket, then promotion code will not be applied as the automatic discount got priority. The codes are not case sensitive so this should not cause any issues.
You can always find a Dimensions tab/picture on each specific product page. If dimensions are unavailable on a product page, please contact us.
Most of our products come complete with installation instructions, however if yours become lost or damaged, please contact us, we will email you another copy.
We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. This information can be found just under the price of the item. In few cases, the items that you ordered are out of stock when dispatching,our service team will contact you to avoid disappointment.
I’m afraid we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.
No, But this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

In regards to Ebay or Amazon orders, i am afraid we won't be able to provide any help due to lack of access to those plaforms, as its actually our distributors with same name as ours. So we would suggest kindly to get in touch with seller via ebay or amazon messages only.
