NOTE: This only applies when purchased directly via ELEGANT SHOWERS WEBSITE. Any issues or after-sales help for the items bought via EBAY, AMAZON or any 3rd Party Market Place will not be dealt via procedures mentioned below.
At ElegantShowers, we like to keep things as simple as possible – your time is valuable to us and all we want is for you to achieve your dream bathroom. So if a product isn’t quite right, nothing to be worried as it’s easy to return it to us...
If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the return. We will NOT collect this or cover the cost of return.
You will need to notify our customer service team via messaging service within 7 days.
Please note we do NOT provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.
Please note refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.
We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:
1) The item has been used
2) The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with
3) We have not been notified within 7 days from date you received delivery.
Under the Trusted Goods Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a sale-able condition
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note this policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Keeping Our Return Process As Simple As Possible:
If somehow, you don't like the item or ordered the wrong size, you can simply return it back to us within 30 days of purchase. However, we make it clear that we don't offer exchange services and certainly don't offer free collection for unwanted items. Yet, you are more than welcome to use your own courier. Just ensure to send us the valid info such as: the tracking number, reason of returns and your order number @firstname.lastname@example.org.
Received Item As Damaged:
We do understand the frustration of receiving the damaged item after a long wait, but worry not! If you got an item which is scratched or broken or any part missing, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with clear images, part number or item SKU needed or ordered with your order number @ email@example.com & we will instantly dispatch the replacement by next working day. Do You Offer Collection Services?
No, we do not collection services at the moment.
Do You Offer Exchange?
No, we don't, due to use of 3rd party couriers. It's impossible for us to exchange the items. What we can do is, you can send the item back to us and we can approve for a refund. Meanwhile, you can purchase the right item while the return process is being completed.
Due to a large number of orders on a daily basis, it can take up to 2-5 working days for us to inspect the returns and process refunds.
Can I Return The Item, It's Still In Its Original State But Beyond 30 Days?
Unfortunately, you can't. As stated with our policies and T&C, if it's within 30 days of purchase,"No Issues" guaranteed, but if it's beyond 30 days, then sorry to say, We can't help.
